This year, our parish has made notable strides in strengthening support for our ministries and enhancing financial stability. Following a thorough review by the Pastor, the finance committee, and the school board, our financial plans and progress has met with their approval. Currently, 14% of our collections are allocated to fund essential ministries that reflect our mission and identity as a parish. While operational expenses remain necessary to sustain our daily functions, we are steadfast in our commitment to expand support for these ministries.
Our parish school also continues to make remarkable progress toward financial independence. With increasing enrollment and rigorous expense management, the school has substantially reduced its reliance on parish support, reflecting a strong trend toward self-sufficiency. The goal remains for the school to fully cover its operational needs through tuition, fundraising, and donations—a milestone we are on track to achieve.
As Mass attendance continues to grow, we have observed a plateau and, in some instances, a decline in collections, which may be a result of current economic challenges affecting many parishioners. In light of this, we respectfully invite new parishioners to consider registering with our parish and encourage all to consider increased contributions or enrollment in electronic giving to help meet the ongoing needs of our parish community.
With a renewed focus on cash flow management, we look forward to enhancing our financial resilience in the coming year. By working together, we can continue to foster both the spiritual and financial health of our parish, ensuring that we remain a vibrant and faith-filled community committed to our mission and the Gospel. Thank you for your continued dedication and support.
